Role Overview

This position is for a Field Service Engineer handling UPS, inverter, battery, and stabilizer testing, servicing, and installation work. The role involves on-site customer visits across Chennai, coordinating service needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and testing for UPS units, inverters, batteries, and stabilizers.
• Visit customer locations across Chennai to provide regular field support.
• Install new UPS systems, inverters, and stabilizers at client sites.
• Understand customer requirements and work to ensure they are properly addressed.
• Handle the purchase and delivery of invoiced products to customer locations.

Candidate Profile

Formal graduation is not required. Applicants with an ITI, Diploma, or Engineering background are preferred, especially those with prior exposure to electronics and electrical work. A valid driving licence is compulsory for this role.

Additional Information

This is a field-based position in Chennai, and the work is expected to be performed on-site.
