Field Sales Representative - Kildare

About the Role

Yuno Energy is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative based in Kildare to drive new customer acquisition through direct door-to-door engagement. This is a full-time position focused on representing and selling Yuno Energy's innovative energy products and services to residential customers and multi-property owners.

Key Duties

• Perform face-to-face sales visits targeting residential and multi-property clients to achieve high conversion rates.
• Promote and effectively pitch Yuno Energy offerings to potential customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed defined personal sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Utilize strategic sales methods to optimize customer interaction and engagement.
• Skillfully address and overcome potential customer objections, ensuring successful deal closures.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer and lead documentation within CRM systems.
• Regularly evaluate and improve sales strategies based on performance insights and feedback.
• Uphold professionalism and a proactive, enthusiastic approach in representing the company.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary package starting at €32,000 gross (subject to experience) plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings up to €50,000 in year one.
• €2,000 signing bonus upon successful completion of probationary period.
