Business Development Executive Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in field sales marketing to join our team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role requires the candidate to actively engage in on-ground merchant onboarding and revisits, focusing on selling sound boxes and upgrading to smart boxes directly at customer locations.

Job Details and Benefits

Work type: Field sales marketing requiring two-wheeler ownership to travel to client locations.
Monthly salary structure: gross compensation around ₹20,000 including in-hand salary of ₹16,500, travel allowance of ₹2,500, and incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on performance.
Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
Salary credited on the first of every month.
Promotion opportunities available within 3 months contingent on performance.

Requirements and Restrictions

Prior experience specifically in field sales is mandatory.
Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade.
Applicants must be male.
Call for regular visits to merchants and clients’ venues to secure sales.
