Field Operations Executive - Auto Network

Overview

BrandBingo is developing an advertising network across Bengaluru using auto rickshaws. We are seeking a dependable and articulate Field Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate our auto-driver network, initially focusing on HSR Layout and Indiranagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and recruit auto drivers primarily in HSR Layout and Indiranagar.
• Interact with auto-stand leaders, driver collectives, and community coordinators.
• Clearly communicate the BrandBingo program details to drivers.
• Gather comprehensive information including driver, auto, and vehicle specifics.
• Organize and supervise advertisement board installations, washing, and inspections.
• Conduct regular verification to ensure advertisements are displayed correctly.
• Maintain detailed photographic evidence, records, and timely updates.
• Address and resolve basic issues faced by drivers and installation teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada is essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work in various outdoor locations.
• Strong communication skills and aptitude for managing people effectively.
• Reliability in performing follow-ups and maintaining reports.
• Familiarity with smartphones and WhatsApp usage.
• Prior experience in driver onboarding, fleet management, field operations, auto dealerships, transportation, or logistics is advantageous.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred.

Job Details and Compensation

• Position is full-time and field-based, located in HSR Layout and Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
• Monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000.
• Additional travel allowances and performance-based incentives offered.
• Performance review scheduled after the first 30 days.
