Field Investigator

About the Role

We seek a committed and meticulous Field Investigator to carry out on-site verification of health insurance claims. This position involves traveling to hospitals and clinics to collect accurate information and detect any inconsistencies or fraudulent activities related to claims.

Key Duties

• Perform field investigations related to health insurance claim cases.
• Visit medical facilities including hospitals and clinics to obtain medical records and confirm treatment details.
• Engage with claimants, healthcare providers, and hospital staff to gather relevant statements.
• Validate admission, treatment, billing, and discharge information directly at the location.
• Gather necessary evidence such as photographs, documents, and recorded statements.
• Compile and submit comprehensive investigation reports within stipulated turnaround times.
• Spot and report suspicious or fraudulent claims activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for timely updates and reporting.

Prerequisites

• Possession of a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to perform fieldwork.
