Overview

WeVOIS Labs Private Limited is seeking a proactive Field Executive to oversee daily field operations in Bharatpur. The role requires candidates with a solid background in logistics and hands-on experience managing field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and supervise daily field activities.
Oversee and coordinate on-site manpower teams.
Liaise with government representatives, local ward parshads, and authorities.
Promptly resolve grievances and complaints raised by citizens.
Ensure smooth implementation of operations in the field.

Candidate Requirements

At least two years of experience in field operations or logistics management.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preference given to candidates based locally in Hisar.
Comfortable working outdoors and managing teams on the ground.

Compensation & Benefits

Attractive monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
Fuel allowance compliant with company policy (allowance calculated at 40 km per litre).
