Job Overview
This position involves working in a factory setting focused on processing and packing edible items like ghee and oil. The organization operates an online grocery business that sells products on major platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Filling bottles with ghee and oil carefully.
- Packing various items as per instructions.
- Handling boxes by lifting, loading, and packing efficiently.
- Adhering strictly to the packing guidelines provided.
- Minimizing wastage of tape and stationery materials during packing processes.
Working Conditions
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Sundays are off.
Additional Information
- Part-time employment is not allowed; those found working part-time will be permanently blocked.
- Marathi-speaking candidates are preferred.
- The monthly salary ranges between INR 12,000 and INR 14,000, fixed.
