Role Overview and Responsibilities

Supervise production planning and control to streamline workflows.
Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards across manufacturing processes.
Partner with Human Resources for workforce development and training initiatives.
Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
Direct plant maintenance activities and enforce safety regulations diligently.
