Key Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate all facility management services, including necessary materials and operating resources for demanding customer projects, based on detailed service specifications
• Conduct ongoing market research and prepare thorough technical and commercial evaluations of projects within technical building management
• Systematically analyze and economically assess all relevant risks in proposals to ensure reliable protection of future client projects in daily operations
• Diligently obtain structured subcontractor offers and professionally select suitable suppliers as part of daily duties
• Contribute actively to timely and professional preparation of complete prequalification and tender documents
• Support the continuous development and systematic maintenance of key benchmark databases aimed at sustainably improving future costing processes
• Collaborate closely with technical experts and project managers, preparing tender data for specialized business units

Requirements

• Completed technical training as an HVAC mechatronics technician (HKLS), electrician, MSR technician, or a degree in engineering related to facility management
• Proven professional experience in technical facility management and precise costing of maintenance services for building technology within industrial environments
• Strong command of standard MS Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Native-level fluency in German (spoken and written) and good English skills to communicate effectively in an international setting
• Willingness to travel flexibly within Germany and parts of Europe approximately 10 to 20 percent of the time
• Goal-oriented attitude, working independently, in an organized way, with high self-responsibility and genuine team spirit
• Valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany are essential for this responsible role
