Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Facility Coordinator to join our team, supporting the management of extensive facility operations effectively and efficiently.

Key Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in facility management across large-scale environments such as educational institutions, embassies, governmental offices, or comparable settings.
Proficient in coordinating with facility management teams, technicians, contractors, and various service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
Comprehensive understanding of both hard and soft facility management services including maintenance scheduling and client liaison.
Capability to oversee daily operational tasks ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Possession of a valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
A minimum of three to five years in facility coordination or facility management operations.
