Facilities Operative

We are currently seeking a Facilities Operative to join our team at the Cannington site, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep across all site facilities.

Work Schedule

The role operates on a 4 day on, 4 day off shift rotation from 06:00 to 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in line with company expectations.
• Manage all stock-related matters efficiently.
• Perform cleaning duties in various areas including canteens, toilets, locker rooms, offices, and reception.
• Provide cover for absent colleagues when required.
• Ensure that all equipment and cleaning materials are safe, effective, and used properly before, during, and after tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Dedication to achieving high-quality work standards.
• Basic numerical skills.
• Understanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
• Awareness of health and safety protocols.
