Role Overview

We seek a strategic and people-centered Executive Director to guide the next phase of growth for Austin Face & Body. This senior operational leader will work closely with the CEO, transforming the organization's vision into actionable plans while preserving the company’s culture. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving organizational priorities, and scaling the practice sustainably across multiple locations and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities across several clinic sites and the ambulatory surgery center.
• Develop and mentor leadership teams, holding them accountable for growth and performance.
• Enhance operational efficiency and foster continuous improvements.
• Lead execution of strategic goals, expansion initiatives, and organizational projects.
• Collaborate with finance to oversee budgeting, resource management, and operational metrics.
• Promote a workplace culture emphasizing accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and excellent service.
• Improve patient experiences while supporting physician success and operational workflows.
• Design and implement scalable systems to support long-term organizational growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal executive is a confident yet humble leader with exceptional communication skills. You must be comfortable making challenging decisions, highly organized, and focused on executing strategic plans effectively. Passion for developing people and continuous improvement is essential, along with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Background in multi-site healthcare management, physician practice operations, hospitality, or similarly high-service sectors.
• Proven track record leading organizational growth and managing change.
• Strong financial literacy and operational expertise.
• Experience nurturing high-performing leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
