About the Role

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a visionary and accomplished Executive Chef to lead its culinary team and elevate the luxury dining experiences across multiple outlets. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious hospitality brand renowned for excellence, sophistication, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide all kitchen operations for several food outlets within the hotel.
• Create and implement innovative menus reflecting seasonal ingredients and high culinary standards.
• Uphold the utmost quality in food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure full adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations in kitchen practices.
• Manage financial aspects such as food costs, budgeting, and inventory monitoring.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a skilled and motivated culinary team.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to continually enhance guest dining experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Head Chef in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
• At least 8 to 10 years of advancing culinary experience in high-end environments.
• Expertise in international cuisines along with current modern gastronomy techniques.
• Degree or formal professional culinary training from a recognized institute.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, effective communication, and team development skills.
• Strong financial understanding, including budgeting and cost management.
• A passionate innovator dedicated to crafting memorable gourmet experiences.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury hospitality setting.
