Role overview
Damovo Ireland is looking for a seasoned and driven Executive Assistant to partner with senior leaders and keep the Sandyford office running smoothly. The role sits within a global, multicultural ICT environment where you will help coordinate priorities, handle logistics, and support high-level decision-making. In addition to executive support, you will also be responsible for the everyday coordination of the office, helping maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming workplace.
This is an on-site role with a requirement to work from the office three days each week. Applications are welcome from candidates with varied professional backgrounds, provided they bring excellent organisational ability, strong judgement, and a collaborative mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Provide discreet and thorough day-to-day support to C-level executives, staying ahead of administrative and logistical needs.
- Arrange internal and external meetings and conferences, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, recording and sharing minutes and action points, and managing follow-up items.
- Monitor action items and deliverables on behalf of senior leadership.
- Maintain complex calendars and coordinate schedules across stakeholders.
- Organise international travel and handle all related preparation.
- Work with Marketing to coordinate employee and customer events.
- Oversee office operations, including admin coordination, facilities support, vendor liaison, and making sure staff have the tools and support they need to work efficiently.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Process business expenses accurately.
- Deliver general administrative and office assistance, along with other ad hoc duties as required.
Experience and skills
- At least three years of recent experience supporting senior-level executives in an executive assistant capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- High standards of accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
- Proven experience planning travel from start to finish.
- Highly organised, self-directed, and motivated.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proactive, hardworking, and focused on delivering results.
- Positive approach with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Work arrangement
The position is based in Sandyford, Dublin, and requires on-site attendance three days per week.
