About the Role
OPUS BLOC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder directly. This role involves managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering exposure to strategic and operational facets of the business in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assistance and coordination with the Founder’s daily professional activities.
- Manage and prioritize diverse responsibilities efficiently to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support communication and interpersonal interactions on behalf of the Founder.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age of 30 years.
- Prior work experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
- Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to real estate is considered a valuable bonus but not required.
