Role Overview

As an Auto Body Paint Technician Trainee, you will receive fully paid training (including travel, lodging, and meals) and transition to a combined compensation model of hourly pay and commission as you build your client base. This role offers unlimited earning potential ranging from $70,000 to over $150,000, based entirely on personal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor paint touch-ups to complete surface repairs on customer vehicles using advanced spray equipment and established techniques.
• Prepare, blend, and flawlessly finish vehicle surfaces.
• Operate independently at partner sites such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Provide quick, impeccable results that surpass customer expectations.

Additional Information

Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of role-appropriate screenings such as physical exams, vision tests, background checks, and drug tests, conducted following relevant laws. Technicians are required to use Personal Protective Equipment adhering to NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.

Starting compensation is approximately $21.00 per hour, adjusted based on qualifications, experience, and location.
