Overview
The Entertainment Creative Manager leads the ideation, development, and execution of immersive entertainment experiences within Miral Experiences Shared Services. Responsibilities encompass seasonal productions, live performances, interactive characters, and guest engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards, artistic vision, and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all entertainment projects from a creative perspective, driving innovative concepts and content.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions organization-wide to cultivate diverse and compelling ideas.
- Design and implement audition and casting processes suited to a multicultural talent pool.
- Coordinate talent bookings for special events across the company’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for show content development and presentation.
- Maintain robust global relationships with talent agencies and creative leaders to nurture a dynamic talent network.
- Develop and apply systems for ongoing quality feedback to maintain performance excellence.
- Mentor entertainment personnel, facilitating professional growth and succession planning.
- Provide competitive rate analysis and contribute to event process improvements.
- Work closely with Marketing and other departments to align entertainment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage talent needs alongside venue stage managers for continuous live show operation throughout the year.
- Supervise events calendar management across properties.
- Support character training, rehearsals, and production logistics; serve as entertainment manager on duty as required.
- Occasional international travel to support global entertainment initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in theatrical disciplines such as acting (theatrical or improvisational), physical comedy, dance, scripting, singing, composing, or musicianship.
- At least eight years of management experience in show and casting development within theme parks or major attraction environments.
- Proven experience managing talent in a theme park context.
- Expertise in entertainment concept creation, scripting, and directing shows.
- Familiarity with current industry trends and vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in theater arts (e.g., MFA).
- International exposure in entertainment production.
- Experience launching theme parks and large-scale live entertainment events.
- Knowledge of talent contracts, negotiation, and deal-making skills.
- Proficient skills in dance/choreography and music/vocals.
