Engineer - Tech Ops at Airtel (Fresher / Experienced)

Overview

Airtel is recruiting for the position of Tech Ops Engineer based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals from batches 2018 through 2024 holding Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and install new releases of the DAM tool and related environments for payment bank applications.
• Collaborate to maintain continuous system uptime, including establishing alternate connectivity solutions.
• Ensure DAM systems and application services maintain 99.9% availability.
• Gain a thorough understanding of new and existing systems/subsystems from a database activity monitoring and integration perspective, creating KPIs for any system changes.
• Monitor systems proactively, log incidents promptly, prioritize their resolution, and devise temporary alternatives as needed.
• Analyze logs related to APIs, middleware, and databases to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Automate the integration of new databases into the DAM tools according to predefined monitoring use cases.
• Develop and maintain production, pre-production, and performance testing environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Batch Years: 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.
• Experience Level: Open for freshers as well as experienced candidates.

Compensation

The expected annual salary package ranges between 6,000,000 to 12,000,000 INR.
