Role Overview

We are searching for a proactive Employment Hero Implementation Consultant to lead the setup and deployment of the HR and Recruitment system modules. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to capture requirements, design an implementation plan, and configure the platform aligned with best industry practices.

Our client is a dynamic organisation based in Western Australia focused on modernising its workforce and recruitment methods. Following a recent Employment Hero adoption, they aim to leverage the platform fully and create scalable HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of Employment Hero's HR and Recruitment components.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to understand stakeholder requirements.
• Create a Scope of Work document and detailed rollout roadmap.
• Configure operational workflows, approval processes, onboarding, and recruitment functionalities.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend enhancements based on best practices.
• Support system testing phases including user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct training sessions and transfer knowledge to essential users.
• Offer hands-on assistance during go-live and provide ongoing implementation advice.

Candidate Profile

• Proven, practical experience implementing Employment Hero solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of HR and Recruitment module features.
• Expertise in configuring workflows and system configurations.
• Adept in gathering requirements and documenting solution designs.
• Familiar with onboarding and full employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Self-reliant and capable of delivering prompt results efficiently.
• Experience crafting implementation strategies and documenting processes.
