Ecommerce Coordinator

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a meticulous and capable Ecommerce Coordinator to manage and enhance their digital ecosystem spanning multiple platforms. This role is critical in overseeing the daily operations and continual advancement of their ecommerce channel, marketing automation tools, and workflow systems.

Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce and Systems, the successful candidate will interface with platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and Klaviyo while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Production teams, and external partners to guarantee precise campaign setups, inventory control, order management, and customer communication improvement.

This full-time position is based onsite in Adelaide and presents an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, systems integration, and process optimization within a dynamic retail and made-to-order setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain ecommerce platforms, mainly Shopify, including managing product listings, collections, pricing strategies, promotions, and pre-order campaigns.
• Ensure alignment and accuracy of product data, inventory levels, and campaign details across all involved systems.
• Manage website content updates, troubleshoot problems, and support enhancements to user experience.
• Assist in the launch, management, and removal of online campaigns following internal processes and timelines.
• Maintain precise inventory settings and availability across ecommerce and related support systems.
• Process ecommerce orders promptly, adhering to production timelines.
• Track and log campaigns and orders accurately in Monday.com or related workflow software, escalating discrepancies or issues.
• Support ecommerce marketing activities within Klaviyo, including campaign setups, audience segmentation, and ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate product imagery, descriptions, pricing, and campaign assets with internal stakeholders.
• Manage integrations and smooth data flow between multiple platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and Klaviyo; assist in system enhancement initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and data gaps; contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new ecommerce functionality, workflows, and tools.
• Assist in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ecommerce activities and campaign results.
• Analyze sales, website usage, and campaign performance data to pinpoint trends, challenges, and growth opportunities; provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams for campaign planning and ecommerce execution.
• Support Customer Service in handling ecommerce-related inquiries, order investigations, and issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure ecommerce, production, and customer service alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital, or systems-related roles.
• Practical experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, and familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Klaviyo.
• Strong grasp of inventory management, order processing, and ecommerce operational workflows.
• Experience in supporting system integrations and driving workflow or system improvements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in maintaining precise product, inventory, and system data.
• Confident analytical skills with the ability to handle ecommerce and campaign-related data.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with an inclination towards continuous process enhancements.
