Role Overview

We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive responsible for managing various operational aspects of online sales, including order processing, item selection, handling returns, and coordinating with delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete order processing cycle from receipt to dispatch.
Pick and prepare goods accurately for shipment.
Handle product returns and ensure proper processing according to company policy.
Coordinate the handover of packages to courier services for timely deliveries.
