Role Summary
The Dynamics Developer position involves designing, customizing, and maintaining applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline Growit India's business functions. Key responsibilities include tailoring Business Central features, integrating with various applications, and transforming business requirements into technical implementations. Close coordination with stakeholders is essential for requirement gathering, system troubleshooting, and workflow optimization across operations such as supply chain, finance, and agriculture. Ensuring high code quality, proper documentation, and compliance with development standards is also part of the role. This full-time job requires on-site presence in Surat.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in developing and programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP systems.
- Experience customizing Business Central through extension development, report creation, and form configuration.
- Skilled in integrating Business Central with external APIs, systems, and databases to enable seamless data exchange.
- Capability to analyze business workflows and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Knowledge of languages and tools such as SQL, C/AL, and AL relevant to Dynamics development.
- Familiarity with ERP principles and domains including supply chain, finance, or manufacturing is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
- Good communication skills and readiness to work on-site in Surat.
