About the Role

Join our dedicated Morecambe team as a Driver responsible for collecting and disposing of hazardous waste from various customer sites. This full-time position involves managing your own schedule and delivering excellent customer service while safely operating company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit multiple customer locations to service hazardous waste containers including sharp bins, poisons, dental waste, and other types.
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of the assigned vehicle and adhere to company driving guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding service to customers.

Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving licence held for at least two years with fewer than six penalty points.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as loading and unloading bins and units.
• ADR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexible to adapt working hours based on business demands.
• Strong initiative and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Potential requirement to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check depending on the role.
