Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Drafter proficient in Revit to contribute to our residential home projects. Whether you are starting out or have several years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to create drawings that turn into actual homes in VA, MD, NC, and SC.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise and refined Revit drawings for residential houses, ranging from sales presentations for customer approval to permit submissions for county authorization.
• Partner closely with sales teams, estimators, engineers, lumber suppliers, and cabinet manufacturers on a daily basis.
• Engage directly with permitting authorities across multiple states to facilitate approvals.
• Support ongoing project review to ensure homes remain on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• An Associate degree in drafting or design is necessary.
• At least one year of proficiency in Revit; this software is the cornerstone of all our architectural drawings. Candidates with entry to mid-level experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to produce plans swiftly without compromising quality.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and determining efficient task strategies.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with excellent follow-up.
