Role Summary

GRES seeks experienced Document Controllers based in Ascot, Western Australia or Brisbane to manage and maintain project documentation across various exciting projects. You will be responsible for the accurate storage, distribution, and quality assurance of project deliverables, alongside supporting project teams through efficient document management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain project deliverables within the document management system accurately and securely.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all project documentation complies with client requirements and company standards.
  • Execute controlled distribution processes strictly following distribution request forms and company procedures.
  • Provide assistance to project teams by generating comprehensive document status reports.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth information exchange and proper record keeping.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Document Controller within an engineering consultancy setting.
  • Familiarity with managing vendor documents is preferred.
  • Proficient in electronic document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using QDMS, Aconex, and/or InEight software is advantageous.
  • Must hold full and unrestricted work rights in Australia and currently reside in Perth or Brisbane. Applicants not meeting these criteria will not be considered.
