Role Overview

As a Distribution Centre (DC) Storeperson, your key responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to retail stores. This role demands a strong commitment to teamwork, safety focus, and adaptability to ongoing business changes. Your contributions help connect communities with essential products, supporting the broader mission of providing customers with items they need and love.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and assemble orders for store delivery within scheduled timelines.
• Acquire proficiency in voice picking technology and operate Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) effectively.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure work environment.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace while striving for operational excellence and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized warehouse setting.

Candidate Profile and Benefits

• Physical capability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg, building strength over time.

Working Hours

Shift: Monday through Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
