Role overview

Hindalco Taloja is looking for a committed Diploma Trainee to join its manufacturing team in Maharashtra. This opportunity is suited to fresh diploma holders in engineering or a related discipline who want practical exposure, structured learning, and the chance to build their capabilities in a busy plant environment.

Safety and compliance

Follow all plant safety rules, procedures, and protective measures to help maintain a secure workplace.
Take part in safety drills and support efforts that strengthen a strong safety culture across the facility.

Training and development

Join organized training sessions that cover different areas of manufacturing operations.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and practical, on-the-job learning to develop hands-on understanding.

Production support

Help with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
Observe production activities to ensure output remains efficient and quality expectations are met.
Escalate any process variation, equipment issue, or concern to the production supervisor without delay.
