Role overview

Dignify is seeking an accomplished Digital Program Manager to steer a complex digital transformation engagement for an international organization in the Stuttgart region of Germany. This role is suited to someone who can create order in fast-moving digital environments, align business and technology teams, and help deliver initiatives that create measurable value across several markets.

You will work across strategy and execution, combining a structured delivery approach with a practical, hands-on style. The position calls for someone who can turn ambiguity into clear actions, keep programs moving, and support long-term digital improvement.

Program and project leadership

Take end-to-end ownership of digital transformation programs from early planning through final delivery.
Oversee governance, budgets, risks, and alignment among key stakeholders.
Run steering meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums.
Bring together cross-functional contributors and keep execution on track.

Digital delivery and Agile leadership

Lead Agile delivery practices and support continuous improvements in how work is organized.
Guide sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking.
Draft and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and release activities.

International rollout coordination

Plan and support launches in new markets.
Align business, IT, and external partners around rollout readiness.
Manage localization, testing, and go-live steps.
Track rollout progress and help ensure smooth market entry.

Partner and vendor management

Develop effective working relationships with implementation partners and technology vendors.
Review proposals, follow deliverables, and handle escalations when needed.
Ensure quality standards, deadlines, and contractual obligations are met.
Contribute to commercial and strategic decisions.

Governance, quality, and optimization

Help maintain platform stability, security, compliance, and accessibility.
Support digital strategy and roadmap planning.
Spot improvement areas and drive technical optimization efforts.
Act as a dependable advisor for both business and technology stakeholders.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in program management, digital delivery, or project leadership. You should be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels and have a strong grasp of digital platforms, software delivery, and Agile methods.

Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are important. The role also requires confidence in complex environments, the ability to coordinate many stakeholders, and the discipline to keep initiatives progressing.

Preferred background

Additional experience in digital platforms, CMS or e-commerce environments, marketing automation ecosystems, international rollouts, multi-country implementations, vendor management, or contract management will be an advantage.
