Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in advancing the company's digital growth by leading paid media, CRM automation, SEO, analytics, optimization, and technical execution. Reporting to the GM Digital & CRM, this role requires collaboration with eCommerce, Brand, Marketing, and CRM/Loyalty teams to effectively realize brand and commercial objectives through high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and emerging channels to achieve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and channel efficiency targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to guide the development of digital creatives, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals through testing and variation.
- Develop, automate, and enhance Klaviyo lifecycle email flows, managing segmentation, personalization, testing, and campaign timing.
- Work closely with CRM & Loyalty management to improve retention strategies and increase customer lifetime value.
- Assume responsibility for CRM/EDM technical delivery previously held by the Marketing Coordinator.
- Analyze and report on campaign and CRM performance using tools such as Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo, maintaining accurate attribution and UTM governance.
- Lead SEO strategy in partnership with eCommerce, focusing on metadata, keyword planning, internal linking, and product tagging to enhance onsite acquisition and brand voice.
- Function as an internal expert on performance media, analytics, and customer journey optimization, coordinating integrated campaigns across teams.
- Manage the performance marketing agency alongside senior leadership.
- Drive innovation by adopting AI-powered marketing tools including Performance Optimiser GPT, Campaign Performance Summary GPT, predictive attribution models, and Digital PM Copilot for better testing and planning.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or ecommerce media management.
- Proficient with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and advanced in using Triple Whale for performance reporting and analytics.
- Experienced in briefing and managing creation of digital creatives, email templates, and landing pages.
- Strong knowledge of CRM logic, segmentation, and lifecycle journey strategies.
- Data-driven with a test-and-learn attitude and strong analytical capabilities to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, calm under pressure, with an emphasis on precision execution.
- Knowledgeable in SEO best practices and their influence on ecommerce performance.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Background in premium, luxury, or design-centric retail settings is highly desirable.
