- Pre-test creative concepts and track campaign outcomes, sharing insights within the wider organization.
- Identify and engage influential social media figures using insight tools to bolster growth efforts.
- Collect and analyze web, social listening, and CRM KPIs including cost per acquisition and donor retention to guide data-driven decisions.
- Implement welcome email journeys connected to major supporter acquisition initiatives.
- Administer online fundraising platforms such as iDonate, JustGiving, and Enthuse to ensure smooth donation processes and accurate CRM data integration.
- Regularly review digital fundraising activities, recommend optimizations, and facilitate necessary adjustments.
- Provide tactical advice on digital acquisition tools and techniques to colleagues and partners.
- Monitor digital marketing trends to refine acquisition and revenue generation approaches.
- Support marketing and communication efforts promoting human rights campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as required by Amnesty International Ireland.
Candidate Profile - Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrable success in raising funds through digital donor or supporter acquisition, preferably within NGOs, charities, or membership organizations.

- Expertise with email marketing systems and best practices for welcome/donor journey implementation.
- Strong skills in conversion funnel optimization including A/B or multivariate testing tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Capability to analyze web and social analytics data to generate actionable insights related to donor behavior and fundraising efficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with precision and clarity for diverse digital audiences.
- Good collaboration and communication skills working with designers, developers, and data analysts.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
