Qualifications
- Previous experience in desktop support, help desk, or technical service roles.
- Proficient troubleshooting expertise in Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of personal computers and local area network (LAN) technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Capable of managing multiple support requests in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
