Domino's Pizza is seeking Delivery Experts to join our team in Culpeper, VA. This role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle, whether you seek a primary job, part-time work, or a source of extra income. Drivers play a key role in delivering our delicious pizza to families across the nation and enjoy various growth opportunities within the company—from delivery roles to management and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients appropriately from delivery area to storage and workstations.
• Prepare menu items as required.
• Receive and accurately process orders via telephone and in person.
• Conduct inventory checks and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store facilities regularly.
• Deliver pizzas and other products by car to customers, including navigating difficult terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record as per company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Strong navigational abilities to efficiently find delivery addresses.
• Ability to accurately handle monetary transactions and use basic math skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems or touchscreens to enter orders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.

Physical & Work Environment Conditions

• Exposure to variable weather conditions while performing outside tasks and deliveries.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 36°F in coolers to over 90°F in certain store areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (up to 500°F), and mechanical parts.
• Tasks include standing, walking short distances, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, and frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and squatting.
• Ability to perceive depth, differentiate temperatures, and possess good vision for driving and in-store activities.

Training & Growth Opportunities

Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided. The company supports career advancement from delivery positions to management roles, with many employees eventually becoming franchise owners.
