Delivery Driver

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders either in-store or over the phone.
• Prepare menu products and stock ingredients in storage, production areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store facilities daily.
• Distribute marketing materials as needed.
• Maintain positive verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Navigation skills sufficient to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery zone.
• Ability to maneuver complex terrains including multi-story buildings and handle stairs (may be five or more flights).
• Capability to drive safely under adverse weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow, hail, and strong winds.
• Adoption of Domino’s image and uniform policies.
• Independent work ethic and team collaboration skills.
• Commitment to high-quality standards even during busy periods.

Essential Skills and Physical Demands

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (using a calculator if needed).
• Accurate cash handling and the ability to make correct monetary change.
• Competency in entering orders using computers and touch screens.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks promptly.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and briskly walk or run between store, vehicle, and delivery points safely.
• Capable of lifting items typically up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; variable package sizes during delivery.
• Occasional climbing of ladders for maintenance or cleaning tasks.
• Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching tasks when preparing food, stocking, or cleaning.
