About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas efficiently within an assigned geographic area, often completing multiple deliveries per shift.

- Prepare menu items as required and assist in pizza making.
- Answer and process telephone orders accurately.

Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with current insurance for delivery purposes.
- Maintain a safe driving record in line with company standards.
- Possess good navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and handle deliveries in complex environments such as multi-story buildings.
- Demonstrate strong customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates both verbally and in writing.
- Basic math skills for quick addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including making correct change.
- Motor coordination necessary for precise and timely movements, plus the ability to use computer-based ordering systems.
Physical Conditions and Requirements
- Work environment includes temperature variations from coolers (around 36°F) to hot kitchen areas exceeding 90°F.
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy cases and supplies (up to 50 pounds), including frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching.
- Tasks are mostly performed standing, with some walking, climbing stairs or ladders occasionally.
- Capable of complex hand and eye coordination for tasks such as shaping pizza dough forcefully and rapidly.
