Position Overview

We are looking for meticulous Data Entry Specialists to join our dynamic production team based in Washington, DC. The role demands high accuracy in handling substantial amounts of data, exceptional productivity, strong computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills. This fully onsite contract position is for a duration of five months, with potential for extension. All necessary equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and validate large quantities of data across several internal platforms accurately.
• Maintain superior quality and productivity standards while processing data.
• Efficiently switch between different applications and databases.
• Perform thorough reviews of records to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Adhere strictly to established procedural guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Preserve confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with privacy regulations.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams regarding any data inconsistencies or processing challenges.
• Consistently achieve daily production targets and quality metrics within deadline-driven settings.
• Undertake additional administrative and data-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in data entry, data processing, healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven accuracy in data entry and capability to manage high workload volumes.
• Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation.
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational competence.
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, production-driven environments.
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling HIPAA regulations and Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Background in healthcare, medical claims processing, or customer service.
• Familiarity with production or metrics-focused work environments.

Work Environment & Terms

• Work is fully onsite in Washington, DC.
• Company-provided equipment is supplied.
• No parking available; employees should plan to utilize public transit.
• Attendance is critical, especially during the training and assignment period.
• No time off allowed during the 8-week training period or the holiday season.
• Strict no-absence policy during training.
• Commitment to maintaining excellent attendance throughout the contract.

Training & Interview Details

• Orientation and stress test scheduled for September 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Training commencement on September 14, 2026, lasting eight weeks.
• Virtual blitz interview set for August 11, 2026; no rescheduling permitted.
