About the Role

Key Duties

• Track essential KPIs, delivering actionable insights and suggestions.
• Partner with business units, project managers, and product teams to understand data needs.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through validation processes.
• Thoroughly document sources, analytical techniques, workflows, and reporting protocols.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and automating reports.
• Clearly present analysis results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to entry-level or junior applicants.
• Experience from 0 to over 3 years in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or related areas; internships count.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and visualization concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and critical reasoning skills.
• High attention to detail and skill working with extensive datasets.
• Capability to translate complicated data insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with remote teams.
• Knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must reside in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time.
