Role Overview

The Data Analyst position supports the Clinical Operations Analytics group by delivering insightful analyses, dashboards, and reports that inform clinical and operational decisions. Utilizing SQL and business intelligence platforms, this role explores varied datasets such as claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR, Elevate, among others, to produce actionable intelligence for internal leadership and client reviews while maintaining precise data models and overseeing data quality within central reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement to understand analytics requirements and clarify goals.
• Develop clear, informative analyses, graphical representations, and dashboards using healthcare and operational datasets.
• Generate client-oriented summary reports illustrating Tuesday Health's impact and progress towards service agreements.
• Contribute to data model construction with thoroughly documented transformations and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
• Continuously monitor data integrity and reporting dashboards, identifying irregularities, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating cross-team resolutions to minimize reporting disruptions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong command of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with one or more BI platforms like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in healthcare data analysis or a related analytics position.
• Proven ability in constructing dashboards or regular reports that support operational functions.

Preferred Skills

• Competency in Python for data analysis and transformations.
• Familiarity with modern analytics engineering practices and tools such as dbt.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Background with healthcare-specific data sources including claims and ADT/HIE data.
• Knowledge of version control systems including git.
