Role Overview
The Data Analyst role is centered within the Commercial Analytics team, focused on transforming intricate data sets into insightful, actionable business intelligence. This position offers the chance to contribute across various operational and commercial projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to influence strategy and decision-making through quantitative insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and analytic tools to support business needs.
- Examine extensive datasets to uncover trends, potential opportunities, and emerging risks.
- Provide precise reporting alongside actionable insights that aid business decisions.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to address and solve business challenges.
- Balance routine business-as-usual reporting with analysis for unique projects.
- Enhance workflows by introducing automation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in advancing the team’s analytical modeling capacities and techniques.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of two years in a similar data analysis or related role.
- Proficient in Python programming, SQL querying, and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of data and converting findings into business-relevant insights.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset combined with curiosity and keen attention to detail.
- Holds a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
