Data Analyst - CRM / Salesforce

Overview

Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in CRM and Salesforce systems to enhance business operations by analyzing customer and sales data. This role involves creating detailed reports and dashboards, identifying key business trends, and delivering insights that aid in boosting customer engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Duties

• Gather, examine, and verify data from CRM and Salesforce platforms across multiple sources.
• Design and maintain dashboards and detailed reports to monitor sales, customer interactions, and overall business metrics.
• Interpret patterns in customer habits, sales developments, and operational figures.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to facilitate decisions grounded in data insights.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of CRM data.
• Communicate analytical results and suggestions clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Two to three years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst focusing on CRM or Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel functions, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation, and management of CRM datasets.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or Tableau software.
• Understanding of CRM analytics, sales reporting, and managing the customer journey.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R for data analysis purposes.
• Experience with SQL-based databases and reporting utilities.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are advantageous.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
