Job Responsibilities
- Monitor field performance metrics and analyze warranty data.
- Provide recommendations for product retrofits and upgrades.
- Support reliability risk mitigation efforts across new product introduction (NPI) and sustained engineering (SE) product lines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical proficiency with Power BI, Python, R, or OBI EE tools.
- Strong understanding of domain concepts such as FRACAS, component failure rate analysis, and reliability statistics.
- Familiarity with standards like NPRD-95, FMD-97, and MIL-HDBK-217F is advantageous.
- Aerospace or Mechanical engineering educational background.
- Ability to handle and interpret warranty and field data to drive engineering improvements.
