DA and DSP Experience Specialist

Role Overview

As a DA and DSP Experience Specialist, you will collaborate closely with last-mile delivery partners to ensure the seamless movement of packages to customers' doorsteps. Your role involves building strong partnerships, implementing efficient delivery processes, and resolving challenges to foster long-term successful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and examine feedback from a variety of listening channels to pinpoint key experience issues and priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, ACES, and DEX to resolve underlying challenges, adhering to service level agreements.
• Serve as the representative voice of Delivery Associates (DAs) and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) within Amazon Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct roundtable discussions to monitor partner sentiment and address concerns.
• Maintain on-site presence to oversee the entire delivery pipeline and guide logistics partners effectively.
• Manage and streamline listening channels to provide leadership with insights on priority areas for improvement.

About the Team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is responsible for managing 'last mile' deliveries by collaborating with third-party distribution businesses. The team emphasizes innovative thinking and continuous advancement to deliver millions of products efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth delivery experiences and rolling out pioneering delivery concepts globally.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred: At least two years of relevant industry experience.
