Job Overview
Teleperformance is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive to handle voice process support in both Hindi and English languages. The position involves delivering superior customer service via phone, email, or chat to effectively resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
- Utilize communication skills to build strong customer relationships and understand their concerns thoroughly.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously using CRM software or related tools.
- Coordinate with the team to reach process objectives, share insights, and enhance overall performance.
Candidate Profile
- 0 to 5 years of experience in customer support or related roles.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English to engage international clients effectively.
- Knowledge of Hindi language is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts according to business needs.
- Graduates (freshers included) or undergraduates with 6 months of experience are eligible.
System Requirements
- Computer with minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Operating system: Windows 10 or higher.
- Reliable internet connection with 30 Mbps speed or more.
- Functional web camera and USB headset.
Contract Details
This is a contractual position lasting 3 months.
