Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Join a leading Auckland contact centre where versatility and innovation define every day. As an essential member of the Customer Care team, you will bridge communication among the sales force, distribution hubs, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate product deliveries. This full-time, permanent position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, based at Kerrs Road, Wiri, Manukau.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning customers, delivering outstanding service at every interaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by effectively handling inbound communication.
• Provide clear, concise information and process customer requests while making sound business judgments.
• Develop loyalty among customers by consistently offering exceptional experiences.
• Gain and maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge of NZ Safety Blackwoods through structured training.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a contact centre, call centre, or phone-based customer service role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Tech-savvy with confidence in learning and using new digital platforms and various IT systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

During your first 4 to 6 weeks, you will undergo dedicated training at the head office to equip you fully for success in this role.
