Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Dublin. This pivotal role involves managing customer service excellence through order processing and supply chain coordination, supporting key customer accounts from order placement to delivery. The position reports to the Customer Service Planning Team Lead and may offer hybrid working options following training and managerial agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle processing of customer orders, respond to queries, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Manage key accounts ensuring seamless query resolution end-to-end.
• Lead or participate in customer Supply Chain service meetings internally and externally.
• Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to optimize order fulfillment and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams for outbound operations.
• Analyze sales trends, manage promotional activities, and escalate necessary adjustments to Demand Planning and Commercial teams.
• Oversee related tasks such as POS orders, direct deliveries, bookings, uplifts, samples, and courier arrangements.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably hold a third-level degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant fields, or possess a relevant professional certification.
• Experience in similar roles or within the FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Exhibit professionalism, an engaging personality, and strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient communication skills along with strong IT abilities, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to undertake tasks beyond primary duties when necessary.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
