Customer Service Officer

Job Overview

Innovations Global is looking to hire Customer Service Officers based in Abu Dhabi with multiple locations including Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Galleria Mall, Adnoc, and Reem Mall. This is a contract position lasting three months with the possibility of extension. The salary range offered is 3000 to 4000 AED, available for candidates on visit or own visa.

Key Duties

• Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.
• Provide directions to bus stops, metro stations, taxi stands, and other transport points.
• Respond to inquiries about routes, fares, schedules, and notable landmarks.
• Help passengers find platforms, entrances, exits, ticket kiosks, and service points.
• Share information about local attractions and public services when needed.
• Offer support to elderly, disabled passengers, and visitors requiring extra assistance.
• Address and resolve customer issues quickly or escalate to the right department.
• Keep the service area tidy and welcoming.
• Report safety or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, service standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous customer service experience is favored.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Abu Dhabi's public transportation and city layout.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
• Patient, approachable, and customer-centric mindset.
