About the Role
Join an energetic team at Millets & More, a unit of Kaaravaan Global LLP, located at FC-09, second floor, Commercial Complex, Omaxe Chowk, Gandhi Maidan, Chandni Chowk, Delhi - 110006. This fast-paced fast food and cash outlet is seeking a proactive and responsible team member to manage order taking and customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with customers.
- Assist with counter operations and support team activities.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education of 12th grade pass.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi, English, or local dialects.
- Ability to work swiftly and responsibly.
- Demonstrated teamwork and professional attitude.
Additional Details
- Work schedule is shift-based with flexible timing.
- Salary is attractive and commensurate with experience, ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 per month.
