Oversee backend department activities to ensure smooth operations.
Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Interface with customers at the front desk, providing game briefings and instructions.
Maintain a welcome attitude focused on hospitality and excellent customer service.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging customer interactions.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage the complete customer service process from start to finish.
Show commitment to delivering high-quality service paired with good organizational capabilities and interpersonal skills.
