Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Customer Manager will focus on expanding and developing business within a designated area by generating new opportunities and overseeing market mapping efforts. This role includes mentoring and training the sales team on effective selling strategies, established business processes, and credit guidelines. Maintaining timely turnaround times (TAT) is essential to ensure operational efficiency.
