Role Overview

Drive the future development of our customer relationship management systems as the primary contact person and advance CRM solutions continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM development, analyzing sales processes collaboratively, assessing requirements, and implementing solutions accordingly.
• Continuously enhance and improve the efficiency of the CRM tool.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and CRM coordinators within the group.
• Manage releases, execute testing, and ensure adherence to group standards.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in project management, either traditional or agile methodologies.
• Strong engagement and quick comprehension abilities.
• Several years of professional experience in CRM environments, ideally bridging sales and IT, with solid knowledge of CRM platforms such as SmartCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales processes and a strong affinity for data and analytics.
• Effective communicator with determination and a hands-on approach.
• Proficient in German and English languages.
