Creator Growth Coordinator

About the Role

Simera is seeking a Creator Growth Coordinator to manage and support a portfolio of content creators by driving audience expansion, content strategy, operational management, and monetization initiatives. This position focuses on hands-on involvement with creators, distinct from traditional influencer marketing roles.

The perfect candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of how creators cultivate audiences, enhance content reach, build their personal brands, and diversify revenue streams through various monetization channels. The role requires close collaboration with creators to provide strategic advice, manage daily operations, and identify new avenues for sustained growth.

The role requires availability during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for a group of content creators, managing all operational and strategic interactions.
• Devise and implement strategies focused on audience growth across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging creator networks.
• Offer guidance on content planning, optimizing performance, engaging audiences, and adhering to platform best practices.
• Oversee content scheduling through effective calendar management to ensure consistent publication.
• Assist in copywriting, editing, scheduling, publishing, and organizing content efficiently.
• Conduct data analysis on creator performance and deliver actionable insights aimed at boosting audience growth and content quality.
• Spot opportunities to enhance audience engagement, reach, follower base, and content effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, trends in the creator economy, and emerging opportunities to maintain creators' competitiveness.
• Support monetization strategies via TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, LTK, social commerce, YouTube monetization, and other revenue-generating avenues.
• Enable creators to discover new monetization possibilities that align with their niche, audience, and long-term objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• A resume presented in English.
• Fluent or near-native proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in creator talent management, creator success, or within the creator economy.
• Proven direct experience collaborating with content creators, influencer rosters, or similar talent groups.
• A track record of successfully boosting creator audience size, improving content impact, and increasing monetization.
• In-depth knowledge of creator business models and the dynamics of the creator economy.
• Expertise in major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, along with emerging creator tools.
• Experience designing content strategies, growth plans, and audience engagement programs.
• Ability to analyze creator metrics and turn data into meaningful, actionable strategies.
• Experience facilitating creator monetization across multiple channels including affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, branded partnerships, LTK, social commerce, YouTube monetization, and subscription models.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Monday.com, or comparable project management platforms.
